We offer worldwide shipping, which is calculated at checkout.

Important notice

Once you’ve made a purchase, you’ll be asked to confirm your delivery address. For international orders, some countries may add local duties or taxes on delivery. If that happens, the courier will let you know and collect it directly.

Returns

We accept all returns requested within 14 calendar days. In such cases, we ask that the item (and additional product, if applicable) is returned in its original condition at your own cost and risk. If you’d like to return a product, please get in touch at hello@dixonbaxi.com to arrange this. We will endeavour to process your query within 3 working days and contact you via email about its status. All refunds exclude postage costs.

If the goods you receive are damaged in transit, please get in touch at hello@dixonbaxi.com within 7 calendar days. Please also provide a description of the damage or photographs, which will also help us immensely in avoiding damages in the future. We will endeavour to process your query within 4 working days and contact you via email about its status. We will supply you with replacement goods within 14 calendar days.
