Shipping and Returns

We offer worldwide shipping, which is calculated at checkout. If your location isn't available at checkout, please reach out to us via our contact form.

The cut-off time for next day delivery is 2pm.

Important notice

Once you’ve made a purchase, you’ll need to confirm your delivery address at checkout. For international orders, some countries may add local duties or taxes on delivery. If that happens, the courier will let you know and collect it directly. Please note this cost is the responsibility of the customer, and is not covered in your payment to DixonBaxi.

Returns

We accept all returns requested within 14 working days from the day of the order placed. In such cases, we ask that the item is returned in its original condition at your own cost and risk. If you’d like to return a product, please get in touch via our contact form or email us at shop@dixonbaxi.com to arrange this with your order number in the subject line. We will endeavour to process your query within 3 working days and contact you via email about its status. All refunds exclude postage costs.

Christmas Shipping

Please note we are closed during the Christmas period, from 19th December to 5th January. Orders placed will still be shipped by our logistics partner on a reduced schedule, and customer service will be paused during this time.
